- Operation of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment
- Operation and securing of Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
- Visual inspection/testing of electronics under the microscope
- Analysis of malfunctions and initial measures for resolution in close cooperation with technical interfaces and management
- Ensuring clear information flow to management
- Documentation of orders as well as correct recording of work and order times
- Active participation in shopfloor activities and continuous improvement processes
- Support of other departments as needed and compliance with quality, safety, and work regulations
More about you
- Completed schooling (secondary level II), ideally with a technical background;
- Proven experience in SMT / AOI environment, for example SMD assembly certificate, AOI operation certificate
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a production environment, preferably on SMT lines and in AOI operation
- Experience in electronics or medical technology is an advantage
- Very good quality and safety awareness, ICP certificate is an advantage
- Structured, reliable, and flexible working style
- Teamwork skills, willingness to learn, and openness to change
- German skills at least at level B1, English skills are an advantage
- Basic knowledge of PC systems, ideally experience with SAP
- Conventional soldering, painting, and assembly of components is an advantage
