Tasks

• You have everything under control from the payment order to the seizure announcement
• You independently and efficiently carry out the initiation procedure
• You communicate confidently with creditors, debtors, and authorities
• You take care of correspondence, file management, and telephone support
• You contribute when it comes to making internal processes smarter

Expectations

• A completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ or equivalent)
• Ideally first experience in debt collection or administration
• You know the SchKG or are eager to learn about it
• You work in a structured way, remain friendly even in stressful situations, and never lose overview
• You are computer literate and not afraid of specialized software
