Your Tasks
- You prepare fresh and tasty menus, sandwiches, soups, salad bowls, fruit bowls, and bircher muesli daily for our customers
- You ensure cleanliness in the kitchen and at the Take Away station while maintaining the highest hygiene standards
- You guarantee compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP
- You independently take care of ordering materials in the Take Away area
- You support the sales team in restocking goods and ensure that the sales area is always well stocked
Your Profile
- You ideally have professional experience in food preparation and handling
- You have a good sense for composing tasty menus, can plan them independently, and are responsible for purchasing the necessary ingredients
- Cleanliness and hygiene are your top priorities
- You work independently and keep an overview even when it gets hectic. You handle orders and data checks in a structured and reliable manner
- You are helpful, enjoy working in a team, and pitch in wherever needed – whether in the kitchen or on the sales floor
- You are adaptable and willing to take on various tasks and changing demands in daily business
- You are open, friendly, and communicate with your colleagues to ensure smooth operations
