Real Estate Appraiser
Office for Real Estate Appraisal | 80–100 % | Chur
The Office for Real Estate Appraisal (UVI) is organized in a decentralized manner in six locations. Within the framework of revision appraisals and on-demand appraisals, we conduct official valuations of built real estate. Through our varied activities, we are in daily contact with various partners, such as owners and offices, as well as the Graubünden Building Insurance. In this context, the three cantonal languages are also used.
For June 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking for a motivated person as a real estate appraiser.
- Independently inspect and appraise residential and condominium properties as well as industrial facilities within the framework of revision and on-demand appraisals
- Record and evaluate changes in ownership
- Prepare positions in case of protests
- Advise on internal and external appraisal questions
- Basic training with a federal qualification certificate (AFQ) as well as ideally further education and training in the construction or real estate sector
- Preferably several years of specific experience in the profession
- Willingness to complete additional training as a real estate appraiser
- Confident use of modern IT tools
- Analytical skills, structured and independent working style
- Ability to work in a team, readiness to act, and flexibility
