IHRE AUFGABEN

Acting as a point of contact among executives, employees and internal and external partners while managing information flows in a timely and accurate manner

Organising travel and overseeing the management office, including managing expenses, travel and vacation requests, office space and material

Supporting preparation of various management meetings and events, coordinating the agenda and preparing documentation, writing minutes and following up on assigned tasks

Managing executives’ calendars and setting-up meetings as holiday replacement for your colleague

Supporting organizational development, education and learning activities as well as managing internal and external communication channels
YOUR PROFILE

Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in an international environment

Excellent MS Office knowledge

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Ability to collaborate with colleagues and teams as well as work independently with minimal supervision and taking a hands-on approach

Discretion and confidentiality

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German

Commercial degree (KV) or equivalent. Further education as Executive Assistant would be considered as a strong asset
