About the job
- You plan and coordinate the practical training of apprentices and students in the field of nursing.
- You ensure that the training quality is maintained in the various areas of nursing (FaGe, HF Nursing, FMS, FH Nursing).
- You are responsible for the selection, organization, and implementation of internships and qualification procedures.
- You coordinate and plan the assignments of apprentices and students in collaboration with nursing service management and department heads.
- You are the contact person for education-related external bodies as well as for guardians and conduct practice-oriented introductory discussions, learning support, and evaluation talks.
- You represent the Head of Training and Continuing Education Nursing, Therapies, and Social Work in various committees and at external events.
- You have completed tertiary nursing education and have at least two years of professional experience, ideally in the training sector.
- A federal specialist certificate as a trainer or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss education system as well as education theories and didactics is present.
- You convince with pronounced social, communication, and leadership skills as well as your conflict resolution ability.
- An independent, responsible way of working with high initiative as well as innovative-analytical thinking characterizes you.
- You bring experience in interdisciplinary collaboration, project work, and active participation in committees and training concepts.
