We are committed to ensuring that people with disabilities can live self-determined lives and engage in meaningful, qualified work.
For our Werkplatz department (kreativAtelier group), we are looking for a craftsman/woman in the kreativAtelier (Werkplatz Department) starting July 1, 2026, or by arrangement (60% workload).
In the kreativAtelier, people with disabilities develop and produce handicraft products. All products are unique and live through their individual, handcrafted character. They are made with great commitment and patience and bear the signature of the employees. Our products convey a multifaceted message and are original souvenirs for personal use or as gifts for customers and employees.
Your tasks:
•Support the kreativAtelier team in creating and maintaining jobs for people with disabilities in the creative field
•Professional advice to the team on craft-related questions (focus on wood)
•Carrying out preparatory and follow-up work for the production of kreativAtelier products
•Guidance and support of employees in adapted work processes
•Active participation in the design and continuous optimization of workflows
Your profile:
•Craft training or experience as an all-rounder with a focus on wood (e.g., carpenter or comparable)
•Ability to design work processes target-group oriented and to guide employees accordingly
•Strong team and conflict skills as well as high resilience, organizational strength, and reliability
•Responsible, flexible, and empathetic personality with pronounced integration skills
•Willingness to work with people with physical disabilities and an appreciative basic attitude
•Ability to constructively support agreements and decisions
•Competence to build professional relationships with an appropriate proximity-distance balance
•Loyal and supportive working style in line with the WBZ mission statement
