Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor global compliance processes and policies, including support for tool implementations (e.g., Due Diligence, SpeakUp, standardization).
- Further develop processes with new technologies such as AI.
- Conduct risk analyses and develop measures to mitigate ESG compliance risks, including human rights.
- Participate in internal investigations of violations such as fraud, corruption, and ESG-relevant incidents.
- Design and conduct training to raise awareness of compliance and ESG requirements.
Profile & Requirements
- University degree or career changer with 10–15 years of professional experience.
- 5–10 years of experience in ethics & compliance or a similar field, ideally in the energy or trading sector.
- Solid knowledge of compliance and ESG regulations as well as reporting requirements in the ESG area.
- Ability to navigate regulatory complexity and drive organizational change.
- Independent working style, initiative, and strong communication skills.
- Advanced English and French skills as well as German as a native language (Swiss German is an advantage).
- Team player mentality and enjoyment of collaboration complete your profile.
