Clerk within the Plessur Conciliation Authority and Justice of the Peace

For the Plessur Justice of the Peace and the Plessur Conciliation Authority in rental matters, we are looking for a clerk starting March 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Tasks
- Complete administrative case management (handling correspondence, deadline and cost checks, general communication with parties, lawyers, and authorities, etc.) with independent drafting of various correspondence and procedural decisions
- Organization and follow-up processing of conciliation hearings
- Contact person for telephone, electronic, and written inquiries of any kind
- Preparation of necessary statistics, management of office materials, etc.
What we expect from you
- Completed basic commercial training
- Ideally, several years of professional experience at a court, law firm, or public administration
- Excellent knowledge of German
- Structured, forward-looking, independent, and precise working method
- You are a reliable, open, and empathetic person
