Process Specialist (m/f/d) 100% - Permanent Night Shift

What is the role about?

You analyze malfunctions in modern production facilities, resolve them efficiently, and take responsibility in cross-departmental collaboration. In addition, you actively participate in projects, promote continuous improvements, and share your expertise purposefully.

What tasks will you take on?

• You systematically analyze errors and fix malfunctions in our state-of-the-art production facilities.
• You take on a central role as an interface between internal departments, external partners, and technical experts.
• You actively contribute to development projects and, if suitable, take on the leadership of subprojects.
• You consistently drive quality and efficiency with 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement measures.
• You purposefully share your knowledge and train employees in process safety and quality standards.

What do we expect from you?

• You have a technical education in polymechanics, production mechanics, mechatronics, electronics, or an equivalent qualification.
• You bring solid experience from a semi-automated production environment.
• You are willing to take responsibility in the permanent night shift from 9:15 p.m. to 5:15 a.m.
• You communicate confidently in German – both spoken and written.
• You think analytically, act on your own initiative, remain flexible, and convince with organizational talent and strong communication skills.
