It creaks cozily when you go up the wooden stairs in the Heinrich residential building. The charming old building offers a protected framework for life, even though it is located in the middle of District 5. If you want to leave the hustle and bustle of the city outside, the furnished rooms as well as the quiet courtyard provide a suitable retreat. People with a mental impairment find a home here where they can develop and stabilize. The average age of the residents is about 50 years. As of December 1, 2025, or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed SOCIAL PSYCHIATRY SPECIALIST 60 - 70% due to retirement, with training in psychiatric nursing or social pedagogy (HF/FH) as well as relevant professional experience. As a Social Psychiatry Specialist - you have a goal- and resource-oriented attitude and possess various conversation techniques
- you bring professional experience in the field of psychiatry, preferably in supported living or acute psychiatry
- you take responsibility as a reference person and support the residents in their individual development steps and in assessing their situation
- you accompany residents in crises and provide security
- you are able to build and maintain sustainable relationships
- you maintain cooperation with other institutions and external contact persons
- you bring organizational and planning skills
- you have functional IT skills as well as a differentiated ability to express yourself
- you bring household skills, including cooking
- you are used to working independently and have perseverance
- responsible and independent work with your own scope for design
