For the Filling Line / Lyophilization area within the Production department, we are looking for a

Scientific Expert 100%

You report to the head of the "Support & Hygiene Production" group in the Value Streams Filling and Lyophilization.

Your main tasks include:

• Continuous quality and process improvement within production
• Handling deviations in the production process and collaborating with others and supporting the creation of investigation reports
• Coordinating changes in production
• Creating and revising work instructions
• Ensuring hygiene requirements in production
• Creating and conducting GMP training
• Presenting topics at internal and external audits
• Participating in various cross-departmental projects

You bring the following qualifications and professional experiences:

• Scientific studies (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology) (University or University of Applied Sciences)
• Initial experience in the pharmaceutical industry (production or engineering) and/or in Lean Six Sigma projects is an advantage
• You enjoy working independently and project-oriented
• You have a flair for creating reports and presentations, evaluating and presenting data, and possess analytical skills
• You are a team player and appreciate contact with internal and external parties
• Your very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile
