In this responsible and versatile role, you accompany and support adults with cognitive and physical disabilities in everyday life. Together with a dedicated team, you create a welcoming, supportive living environment.
Your tasks
- you accompany adults with disabilities in everyday life – with heart and expertise
- together with the clients, you shape living, leisure, and household
- you document, plan with, and take responsibility as a key contact person
- in the team, you develop individual development goals and support their implementation
Your profile
- you have completed training as a social pedagogue, care specialist EFZ, or a comparable qualification
- you bring experience in supporting people with care and support needs
- you enjoy accompanying people with very different backgrounds and abilities – with a lot of patience and understanding for every personality
- reliability, resilience, and flexibility characterize you, and you maintain a pragmatic view of everyday life
- you enjoy working in a team and actively support the group management
- organizational talent, structured work, and good IT skills are among your strengths
- you are willing to take on split shifts, weekend shifts, and night on-call duties on site
- interest in personal development through further training and continuing education completes your profile
- you hold a class B driving license and are willing to undertake passenger transport
