The Center Management Glatt takes care of the most successful shopping center in Switzerland with great passion and on behalf of the owner. With a small, efficient team, we ensure all services in the areas of center management and marketing as well as technical, infrastructural, and commercial building management around this property. Our customers are at the center with the goal of offering our over 9 million annual visitors a relaxed, varied, and unique shopping experience.

• You lead the Müsliburg team with passion, promote individual strengths, and plan targeted further training
• You keep an overview of the administration, manage scheduling and cash registers, and further develop our processes and systems
• You ensure a warm reception area and maintain contact with parents and accompanying persons
• You care for and supervise the children with great commitment and a loving eye for detail
• You coordinate the handover processes of the children and ensure a smooth daily routine
• You plan evacuations proactively and take responsibility for their execution in case of emergency

• You are a professional with experience in caring for children aged 3 to 8 years
• You bring leadership experience in the service environment and have a strong sense of customer needs
• You communicate confidently in German (Swiss German), additional languages are a plus
• You are digitally savvy and enjoy working with modern tools and systems
• You remain calm even in turbulent moments, are resilient, team-oriented, and show high social competence
• You are flexible, ready to work various shifts (including weekends and holidays), and always present yourself neatly and friendly
