Tasks
- Handle customer quotation requests and issue commercial proposals.
- Prepare maintenance proposals for Business Jets and Large Aircrafts.
- Engage in daily communication with customers on open topics.
Skills
- Experience in aircraft industry preferred; very good English communication.
- Dynamic, self-driven, and a team player with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Word and Excel; knowledge of French or German is a plus.

Job Description
Your daily tasks & responsibilities
- Handling customer quotation/work requests and liaise with all concerned departments to issue a commercial proposal
- Preparing and submitting maintenance proposals for Business Jets and Large Aircrafts
- Active commercial follow-up with Customers: daily communication/exchange with Customers on open topics such as content of commercial offer, revision of work package, slot availabilities…
- Maintenance agreement follow-up and update
- Work closely with Maintenance Sales and Key Account management
- Maintain master file CRM
- General administrative work
The expertise you have & skills you bring
- Very good communication in English (verbal and written). French and/or German as additional language would be an advantage.
- Customer satisfaction focused

- Flexible, ability to work on a fast pace environment with changing priorities
- Self-driven and autonomous
- Communicating skills to deal with Customers (phone or face to face)
- Team player
- Word, Excel, proficiency
- Experience within Aircraft industry would be an advantage
