University/HES Intern in Business Analysis on Atlassian and Rovo (AI) Collaborative Tools (m/f/x)

Within the Digital Transformation and Information Systems Department, we offer a 6-month business analysis internship starting February 2026 in Lausanne. In a dynamic and innovative environment, you will join the Collaboration team responsible for Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Rovo) to contribute to the deployment of the Rovo artificial intelligence solution.

Your missions

• Participate in the analysis of user needs related to the use of Jira, Confluence, and Rovo.
• Prepare and contribute to the definition of user and business use cases.
• Carry out functional support actions for end users.
• Collect feedback and animate the user community.
• Produce documentation and analyses (risk, functional, technical, and competitive).
• Encourage, develop, and promote new uses.
• Monitor adoption indicators and produce summaries for governance committees.

Your qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in an academic program in a technical field (EPF, HES, or University).
• You have a sense of analysis, listening skills, and good writing abilities.
• You have good communication skills with ease in interpersonal relations.
• You have knowledge in artificial intelligence; knowledge of the Atlassian environment is a plus.
• You have a good command of French and English (min. C1). German is a plus.

Skills you will develop

• Collaborative project management and community animation.
• Mastery of Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, Rovo).
• Organization of training sessions and webinars.
• Internal communication and change management.
