Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing, CNC Milling in Day Shift

• Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC milling machines
• Programming CNC machines with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls
• Creating and optimizing CNC programs with Mastercam
• Manufacturing of individual parts as well as small and medium series
• Quality control of manufactured parts (measuring, testing, documenting)
• Ongoing process optimization and ensuring the required quality
• Maintenance and care of machines and equipment

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in CNC milling is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of Heidenhain and/or Fanuc controls
• Experience with Mastercam or comparable CAM software
• Independent, precise, and reliable working style
• Technical understanding and high quality awareness
• Team player, flexible and resilient
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
