To strengthen our team in the logistics area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Logistics Team Leader, 100%, at the Hochdorf location starting 01.07.2026.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for deployment planning, coordination, and further development of the team.
- You are responsible for cost-conscious and solution-oriented leadership of the team.
- You promote active communication with internal and external process participants.
- You actively support the area and distribution center management in their tasks.
- You are responsible for measuring, processing, and improving the KPIs of your areas.
- You are responsible for identifying optimizations and simplifications of processes within your departments.
- You ensure internal and cross-location best practice transfer.
- You actively support employees in daily operational business.
- You act as deputy for the area management during their absence.
Your profile
- You have completed basic training in logistics or commercial fields and ideally have further advanced training in logistics.
- You already have solid professional experience in an equivalent position in the logistics field.
- You have extensive organizational and planning experience and a strong willingness to change.
- You convince with a cost-conscious, committed, and resilient working style.
- Communication and initiative are among your strengths, and you strive for new challenges.
- You convince with an independent, reliable, and structured working style.
- You have a pronounced sense of organization and improvisation.
- You have very good IT skills including all common Office applications.
- You speak fluent German and ideally have knowledge of another national language.
