- Maintenance and servicing of buildings
- General cleaning work as well as various special cleanings
- Winter service (Mon-Sun) each between November and March
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a maintenance specialist or many years of professional experience
- Versatile expertise in cleaning
- Technical flair and enjoyment in the inspection and maintenance of technical systems
- High willingness to perform
- Cheerful, communicative personality
- Driver's license category B mandatory
