Spare Parts Warehouse Clerk Workshop 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:As a spare parts warehouse clerk, you are responsible for the warehouse in the workshop and thus a central contact person for this department. With your careful and service-oriented manner, you ensure smooth processes, efficient spare parts management, and high operational safety.
- You properly accept incoming goods and check them for quality, completeness, and correctness
- You record all goods movements in the IT system and keep an overview of the inventory
- You procure spare parts on time and organize their provision for internal needs
- You compare prices and check deliveries to ensure timely supply
- You conduct inventories and ensure order and clarity in the warehouse
- You create parts invoices, check them, and clarify discrepancies
- You have completed training as a retail specialist in auto parts logistics EFZ or a comparable training in the automotive industry (automotive specialist EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ, or automotive assistant EBA)
- Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in spare parts warehousing – if not, your quick comprehension and commitment convince us
- You are a positive, team-oriented personality with joy in customer contact and a service-oriented mindset
- You have good IT skills and can quickly familiarize yourself with new digital systems
- A category B driving license rounds off your profile
- You are a positive, team-oriented personality who enjoys working with the workshop, internal departments, and external suppliers
