THIS IS THE JOB

Regular store visits including efficient weekly tour planning taking into account any instructions from the supervisor or given priorities Creation of condition assessments of the stores Execution of repair work and maintenance of all technical equipment in the stores with regard to cost-effectiveness and quality standards as well as consideration of any warranty periods Deficiency processing and documentation via CAFM TRADENET as well as follow-up on defect elimination Optimization of processes in defect processing Ordering of required materials or procurement of materials on site Checking and replacing defective lamps and ballasts Regular inspection of the electrical room and cleaning of the sub-distribution, emergency lighting for functionality, and other technical building equipment as needed Regular cleaning of air filters Carrying out painting work to maintain the positive appearance of the stores Commissioning of small orders in emergencies as well as monitoring and follow-up checks of work by external companies
