About the job
Your tasks:
- You evaluate, develop, and implement processes and standards for quality assurance and improvement for all operational areas such as care and support, gastronomy, housekeeping, administration, and facility management
- You accompany and support employees in change processes and lead project and working groups
- You are co-responsible for the development of a process-oriented management system
- Preparation and execution of internal audits
- You pursue the goal of ISO certification
We expect from you:
- Certified nurse HF/FH
- Further training and professional experience in quality management desired
- Strong professional, social, and self-competence
- If possible, professional experience in long-term care
- Independent and responsible work
- Good to very good business management knowledge
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Project and process management skills
- Very good oral and written German skills
