About the job
What you can achieve with us
- Responsible for a safe and reliable 3-shift operation of our electricity, water, gas, communication, and heating/cooling networks as well as our production facilities (run-of-river power plant, heating/cooling, biogas)
- Categorize and locate faults and forward them to the responsible department for resolution
- Take responsibility for capacity and load flow control within and between our networks
- Create switching plans and perform remote switching
- Collaborate with the network construction and maintenance departments as part of maintenance planning and active fault resolution
What defines you
- Completed basic education in the electrical engineering sector / energy supply or a degree from a higher technical school HF
- Professional experience in technology (electrical engineering / energy supply)
- Experience in network operation in the range of 0.4 – 110 kV power grids is desirable
- Willingness to learn to handle the different media electricity, gas, water, heating/cooling, and communication
- High safety and sense of duty as well as resilience in extraordinary situations
