Job Description

• Ensure the most personalized welcome for our patients, visitors, and doctors.
• Patient room installations
• Manage telephone calls, ensure administrative management of documents
• Be proactive with the reception team to optimize procedures as best as possible
• Support the service of the Pergola restaurant, serve teas and snacks in rooms

Qualifications

• Internship as part of a hospitality school curriculum
• Experience in a similar role (hotel and/or hospital) desired
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English (German and/or other languages an asset)
• Proficiency with computer tools, Opale an asset
• Good knowledge of Swiss Social Insurance is an asset
• Excellent presentation
• Sense of responsibility, organization, communication, and stress management
• Versatility, autonomy, and flexibility
• Ability to work in a team
