Your tasks

• You take over the professional, holistic care and support of our clients at home and contribute with your commitment to their quality of life.
• You accompany, promote, and support our trainees (FaGe, AGS, HF) in their practical training and ensure a high-quality learning environment.
• You conduct learning and qualification discussions, document learning progress, and work closely with the vocational training managers and practical trainers.
• You support the team in implementing a positive learning culture and contribute ideas for further development of the training.
• You actively participate in organizing and conducting trial days, career fairs, or information events.
• You contribute to professional development and quality assurance and set impulses for modern, future-oriented nursing practice.

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or FH
• SVEB certificate level 1 or higher, ideally already experience with HF students
• Joy in training and accompanying learners and students
• Professional competence, sense of responsibility, and an independent way of working
• High social competence, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
• Good IT user skills and flair for digital work tools
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Driver's license category B
