Swatch Group Les Boutiques SA manages multi-brand distribution networks in Switzerland and operates 7 Shop-in-Shops within Manor stores across the country. We offer brands such as Swatch, Tissot, Balmain, Mido, Rado, Hamilton, and Certina. To complete our team, we are looking for a permanent:

Job description
The main mission is to assist the Store Manager in their daily tasks.
Tasks:
- You actively contribute to the development of turnover and the achievement of commercial objectives by offering an excellent customer experience.
- You supervise and coach the team on the sales floor, fostering a positive and premium service-oriented dynamic.
- You ensure impeccable management of the store: scheduling, stock control, product monitoring, cash handling, and precise inventory taking.
- You ensure compliance with commercial standards and procedures, guaranteeing quality and image.
- You guarantee a perfect presentation of the store and merchandising in accordance with guidelines.
- You assist employees during sales to ensure personalized support and exceptional customer service.
- You fully participate in the life of the store by being proactive and a key player in daily operations.
Profile
- You have proven experience in Retail. Experience in watchmaking is a highly appreciated asset.
- You have prior proven experience in a similar management role, ideally within a multicultural environment.
Professional requirements
- You possess excellent interpersonal and service skills, placing customer satisfaction at the center of your priorities.
- You are organized and rigorous in applying procedures and in the daily management of the store.
- You demonstrate great listening skills, oriented towards understanding and meeting customer needs.
Languages
- You are a native French speaker and also master English; any other language is an additional advantage.
