Specialist AVOR 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Work preparation & planning: You take over the planning and preparation of maintenance, servicing, and repair orders.
• Resource availability: To ensure smooth operations, you ensure the availability of spare parts, external companies, and personnel.
• Order control: You create maintenance orders, keep an overview, and control as well as monitor their implementation.
• Documentation & analysis: You document malfunctions, measures, and downtime in a structured manner and support analysis and evaluation.
• Interface coordination: In close coordination with production, maintenance, purchasing, and warehouse, you plan downtimes efficiently and practically.

Profile

• Education: You have completed a technical vocational training (e.g., industrial mechanic, industrial electrician, or comparable). Alternatively, you have commercial training with a strong technical understanding.
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in technical work preparation help you to master even complex situations confidently.
• IT & system knowledge: You are confident with MS Office. Experience with ERP and maintenance systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, SAMA) is a plus.
• Service orientation: You enjoy working with production and internal customers; service orientation is a matter of course for you.
• Personality: You appear confident, can assert yourself, and remain solution-oriented and collegial.
