The central operations department is responsible for all operational processes in the existing Ruby hotels as well as the preparation of all new openings.

* Lead and develop our cluster hotel managers and their teams - with a clear view of performance, potential, and personality

* Master the balancing act between strategy and practice: you think entrepreneurially but stay close to operational activities
* Ensure that Ruby standards and brand values are lived in every hotel - from the atmosphere to the guest experience
* Work closely with teams from F&B, Rooms, Openings, Interior, and other group functions to continuously improve operational processes

* Bring at least 10 years of experience in hotel operations - including 5 years in group-wide or multi-property leadership roles
* Lead with clarity and empathy, and know how to inspire and empower others
* Think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented, and communicate clearly
* Are strong with numbers, decisive, and never lose sight of the details
* Understand that culture is not a "nice to have" but the key to sustainable success
* Speak fluent German and English and feel comfortable in international structures
