At Wiesenhaus, we offer eight places for people with particularly intensive care needs. As a nursing assistant in the night shift, you take care of the co-supervision, safety, and well-being of these eight residents. With your calm manner, you can handle challenging behavior well while meeting the demanding needs. The night shifts at Wiesenhaus are always managed by two people, so you can always rely on another team member.

With your open, straightforward, and empathetic nature and your life experience, you easily connect with the residents and build trust. Ideally, you have an SRK certificate as a nursing assistant and are already familiar with aggression and de-escalation management. You can communicate calmly and clearly, thus managing the intensive care situations.

Independence, responsibility, team spirit, and good German skills are a great plus. We are looking for a person who contributes to a positive working atmosphere with a touch of humor.
