Your role with us:
Flexible stepping in: You support the various teams and departments where you are needed most - and when it suits you!
Targeted use of expertise: You contribute your expertise and ensure the high quality of our care
What you bring:
A completed nursing education: nursing assistant, FaGe, FaBe, HF, FH or similar
Experience in long-term care: is a plus - but not mandatory. With your knowledge, you enrich your
team and bring added value for our residents in complex care situations
Heart, mind, responsibility & humor: You bring the complete package to handle the demanding but fulfilling moments in everyday care
Language skills: You are fluent in German and understand Swiss German.
