For our client, we are looking for an activation specialist 80% from Monday to Friday, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for professional, person-centered activation therapy as well as the design of everyday life in the departments and in our day care center
Planning, organizing, and conducting individual and group activities
Active participation in events and excursions
Interdisciplinary collaboration with various departments
Participation in continuous quality development and assurance

Requirements Profile

Completed training as an activation specialist HF with at least one year of professional experience, ideally in the geriatric field
Empathetic attitude and joy in working with elderly people
Creative, open, and resilient personality
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Good user skills in handling IT
