Ranked among the top 15 rehabilitation clinics, we are looking for a Physiotherapist at 50% for a 6-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team.
- Provide physiotherapy sessions tailored to each patient's rehabilitation goals.
- Ensure precise follow-up and documentation of patients' progress.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Participate in team discussions and propose ideas to improve clinical practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification, validated by the Swiss Red Cross
- Previous experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Initiative and proactive attitude for continuous improvement of care.
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
