What you will do
- Gather requirements with HR, IT, and Finance and translate them into robust solutions
- Configure, test, and deploy SAP Payroll and Time Management modules
- Ensure operational readiness, transition to run mode, and contribute to/perform in the support model
- Safeguard compliance, manage OSS notes, and steer system updates
- Deliver end-user training and ongoing support
- Support integrations with adjacent SAP modules and external systems (e.g., time and attendance)
What you bring & who you are
- Experience in SAP Payroll & Time Management, incl. configuration, schemas, and rules
- Strong grasp of payroll processes, tax and compliance; tools like PCC, wage types, and PCR
- Excellent analysis, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication; fluent German and English
- Ideally Swiss payroll experience; end-to-end project delivery; integrating external systems
- Ideally SAP certifications; knowledge of HCM/SuccessFactors; basic ABAP debugging skills
- You work independently, stay organized across multiple tasks, and keep an eye on outcomes—please apply even if you don’t meet every single criterion
