Branch Manager (IT Technical Background)

To strengthen our Schwyz branch, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and strong leadership personality as a branch manager with an IT technical background.
In this key role, you combine solid system technology expertise with operational management and bear overall responsibility for the success of the branch.
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for managing the branch
- Leading, developing, and motivating the team (5 employees)
- Deployment and resource planning of employees
- Ensuring efficient work organization and smooth processes
- Main contact person for the branch's customers
- Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining existing customer relationships
- Representing the company at trade association events and various institutions
- Acquisition of new customers and active expansion of the regional market position
- Close cooperation and regular coordination with headquarters and other branches
- Support and strategic development of small and large customers in the Schwyz region
- Management of demanding IT projects including coordination of several IT specialists
- 2nd and 3rd level support at a high technical level
We are looking for
- Experience in team leadership
- Experience in managing IT projects
- High self-organization
- Entrepreneurial action and strong customer orientation
- Role model function as well as the ability to lead, motivate, and deploy employees purposefully
- Several years of experience as a system engineer
- Ability to quickly recognize and sustainably implement customer requirements
- Willingness for continuous further education in various IT areas
- Analytical thinking and structured working method
