Your Mission
• Provide daily support to mechanical assembly operations to ensure technically robust processes meeting quality, cost, and delivery requirements
• Analyze, define, and optimize production flows (efficiency, quality, cycle time)
• Lead and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean manufacturing, waste reduction, performance optimization)
• Drive the industrialization of new products and processes, from production transfer to serial manufacturing
• Define, document, and maintain standard work procedures, assembly instructions, and manufacturing documentation
• Participate in the definition, implementation, and validation of tooling, production equipment, and industrial processes
• Support production ramp-ups and production start-ups
• Identify and implement process improvements aimed at cost reduction, quality enhancement, and industrial robustness
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams
• Contribute to root cause analyses and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Utilize and support SAP ERP tools (knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is considered an asset)
Your Profile
• Engineering degree or Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly processes
• Experience in industrialization, standardization, and process optimization
• Good understanding of production flows and shopfloor realities
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with operational teams
• Fluency in French is required; English is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus
Additional Assets
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma)
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP systems
• Experience in demanding industrial environments (precision, quality, regulatory standards)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
