These tasks await you

As a certified nursing specialist, you are responsible for professional and individualized care and support of our clients throughout the entire care process. You will encounter highly complex and interesting care situations daily. Together with an interdisciplinary team, you ensure needs-based and effective care and support.

You bring with you

• Training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH
• Experience in the dementia field is an advantage
• Experience with Spitex and Perigon is an advantage
• An independent and responsible working style
• Driver's license and own vehicle
