To expand our team in pension fund administration, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start in Zurich or Basel for a:
- You take over the mandate management as well as the management of pension institutions. You always keep an eye on quality, deadlines, and risks.
- You are the central contact person for the board of trustees as well as other internal and external committees.
- You organize board of trustees and commission meetings, prepare them, and take the minutes.
- You develop well-founded decision-making bases and independently handle complex issues.
- You build sustainable relationships with employers, the board of trustees, the insured persons, and various internal and external bodies.
- You are responsible for preparing the annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER 26.
- You actively participate in various projects and, depending on the need, also take over their management.
THIS IS HOW YOU SUCCEED:
- You have a specialized further education as a federally certified pension fund manager, DAS Pension Fund Management, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience.
- Business and legal issues interest you, and you enjoy delving into complex topics.
- You bring solid M365 knowledge and are confident in the digital working environment.
- You combine a strong service mentality with entrepreneurial thinking.
- You communicate clearly and confidently in German; additional languages (FR/IT/EN) are a plus.
