Executive Secretary at the Pharmacy Department
The Pharmacy Department of the CHUV is looking for an Executive Secretary at a 70% activity rate, on a permanent contract, for a start date on April 1, 2026, or to be agreed upon.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, the CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The Pharmacy Department of the CHUV is responsible for supplying the hospital with pharmaceutical products, ensuring the rational use of medicines, as well as teaching and research in the field of hospital pharmacy.
Mission
- You ensure the secretarial duties of the department (managing mail and the Chief Pharmacist's agenda, filing, etc.).
- You participate in secretarial activities related to teaching and scientific activity.
- You manage the administrative handling of the pharmacy's accounts and service funds (billing, control, and monitoring).
- You assist the Department Management in personnel management, in collaboration with the department's human resources.
- You update and disseminate information through various internal and external communication channels.
- You guarantee the periodic organization of colloquia, seminars, and other events.
Profile
- You hold a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification.
- You have excellent knowledge of Windows MS Office.
- You have excellent organizational and planning skills, as well as a strong sense of priorities.
- You are flexible and able to work independently.
- You stand out for your writing skills and excellent spelling in French.
- You have good knowledge of English and German.
