- A pedagogical or craft training and joy in working with various materials
- The ability to create new things and build sustainable relationships
- Experience in supporting people with disabilities
- Independence, flexibility, creativity, and perseverance
- A healthy sense of humor and love for people
- You accompany our residents from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the daily atelier routine
- The atelier offers a meaningful daily structure for people who do not engage in external work or are retired
- You work closely with the housing departments as well as with external partners
- You support our residents together with the housing staff in projects,
- Our 3-person team in team leadership offers a lot of freedom but also requires personal responsibility, professional ease, momentum, and humor
