- Collaboration in the accounting of the office (Abacus)
- Controlling tasks
- Consulting and information activities in a central hub function in IT matters for employees of the office (First-Level Support)
- Support of the office management and the Central Services team in various areas of responsibility
- Administrative tasks (correspondence, ordering, etc.)
- Participation in projects and working groups
Your profile
- Completed commercial vocational training with a federal certificate of competence
- Ideally further training in accounting and/or IT area
- Very good IT user skills
- Impeccable reputation
