What you will achieve
In this position, you will manage the accounting of the holding companies of the Bakels Group. In close cooperation with the head office and group controlling, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Maintaining the general ledger as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Preparing VAT returns, sales reconciliations, and tax declarations for various holding companies
- Preparing, creating, and analyzing monthly and annual financial statements according to the Financial Manual, including key figures and internal reporting
- Supporting audit preparation and serving as a contact person for accounting questions
- Managing payroll accounting for the holding and Bakels Nutribake AG, including preparation and submission of social security reports
- Ensuring payment transaction processing, assisting with liquidity and financial asset management
- Participating in and supporting various projects in accounting and HR
Your ideal profile
- Solid training in financial accounting (FA or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in the area of responsibility
- Experience with Swiss GAAP FER
- Basic understanding of consolidation
- Experience with MS BC 365 is an advantage
- Independent, precise, reliable, responsible, confident in closing, solution-oriented communication in German and English (corporate language).
