- You support the Chief Physician of the Directorate Wil in administrative, business management, and organizational matters and provide support in leadership topics.
- You manage the Chief Physician's appointment scheduling, coordinate inquiries, and organize internal and external events.
- You are responsible for the meeting management of the Medical and Psychology department, including preparation, follow-up, and minute-taking.
- You are an important interface to the HRM department and actively participate in the entire recruitment process.
- You ensure the flow of information in the Medical and Psychology department and are the primary contact person for all employee concerns in the area.
- You are responsible for the duty scheduling of assistant doctors and assistant psychologists and take on controlling tasks.
- You lead individual projects and take on interface tasks in the Medical and Psychology department.
- You have a higher professional education (HF/FH/Uni) in work and organizational psychology or in business administration, health economics, or a comparable field.
- Ideally, you bring professional experience in healthcare and/or a similar function as well as experience in process and project management.
- You have good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and are familiar with the structures and processes of hospitals or psychiatric clinics.
- Your IT user skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, are among your strengths.
- You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented with a high quality standard.
- You present yourself professionally, communicate confidently at all levels, think networked, and discretion is a matter of course for you.
