Your Tasks
- Assessment, observation, and documentation of the care process
- Implementation of nursing measures such as basic care of our patients (m/f/d)

- Planning and conducting group activities
- Promoting the independence and well-being of patients (m/f/d) through comprehensive information and counseling
Your Profile
- Professional qualification in geriatric nursing with several years of professional experience is an advantage
