- Sorting and separating manually processed orders
- Checking customer separation and systematic recording (scanning) using POSY-PACKTISCH
- Correct manual packaging of shipments (C5, C4, packages, stack job returns, etc.) according to the four-eyes principle
- Completion of packaging orders in POSY-PM or POSY-PACKTISCH including triggering re-productions
- Compliance with safety regulations and relevant process requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001)
- Documentation and feedback of all manually packaged shipments in the POSY client under "HH – Manual Recording"
- Ensuring seamless traceability of all required controls (e.g., signed cover sheets, scanned shipments, etc.)
- Proper disposal of waste and adherence to general work instructions (turning off lights, shutting down PC, etc.)
Your Profile
- Reliable and structured way of working
- High sense of responsibility and accuracy – no mispackaging, no customer complaints
- Experience in manual packaging or logistics is an advantage
- Basic technical understanding in handling scanning systems (POSY-PACKTISCH, POSY-PM)
- Teamwork skills – especially in implementing the four-eyes principle
- Knowledge in quality assurance, occupational safety, and data protection is an advantage
- Willingness to comply with standardized processes and quality guidelines (SLA, ISO standards)
