About the job

• You lead our building management and ensure a modern, reliable, and sustainable infrastructure – precise, forward-looking, and cooperative.
• You lead our Facility Management team – with a natural, motivating manner and the ambition to inspire and develop people.
• You are responsible for maintenance and renovation projects – structured, efficient, and with a clear view of technological and organizational developments.
• You optimize processes, digitize workflows, and negotiate external services focusing on quality, costs, and smart solutions.

• A technical apprenticeship with further training in facility management, building automation, or technical building maintenance.
• Several years of leadership experience in facility management – combined with confident coordination of internal and external teams.
• A pronounced hands-on mentality, networked thinking, and a good understanding of numbers, processes, and contexts.
• A high awareness of quality and service, as well as clear structure, organizational talent, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent German, good MS Office skills, and ideally English skills – complemented by a natural, likeable personality that motivates people.
