Your tasks:

Managing various construction projects in remodeling and building renovation
Creating construction programs and hourly schedules
Creating installation plans
Preparation of work planning (AVOR), request for quotations, and purchasing relevant materials
Assigning personnel according to specifications and performance values
Deploying and planning subcontractors and secondary contractors
Developing additional claims and work on account
Enforcing occupational safety regulations
Measuring components and comparing them with the contracts for work
Ensuring the quality of the construction project

Your profile:

Diploma as construction manager or HF engineer
Comprehensive expertise in remodeling, building renovation, and structural engineering
Professional experience in a comparable position
Negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Initiative, assertiveness, resilience
