In the role "Lead Social Media - Deputy Head Channel & Campaigning," you take on a crucial function within our marketing department. You are responsible for the conceptual development of the social media channels – a key role for implementing our future marketing strategy and promoting lead generation.

WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE
- Strategic and operational responsibility for the development and expansion of social media channels, especially in the B2B environment
- Development and management of targeted campaigns to generate reach, leads, and engagement
- Responsibility and assurance of continuous channel and content optimization based on analysis and KPIs
- Implementation of best practices and innovative formats on social media for the continuous development of the content strategy.
- Coordination with internal departments, such as content creation teams, as well as alignment with external partners
- Participation in the development of a cross-channel communication strategy and its implementation
- Inspiring leadership of a small team (including deputy management of Channel & Campaigning)
- Monitoring social media trends and actively developing new formats to position BDO as an innovative industry leader
- Taking on administrative tasks such as budget planning, reporting, and project management
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- You have completed studies in marketing or communication (or the Swiss Federal Marketing Certificate) or are close to completion
- Alternatively, you have completed commercial training with relevant further education in marketing or communication
- You have solid experience in strategic management and operational expansion of social media channels, ideally in the B2B environment
- You bring creativity as well as a good sense for current trends, brand presence, and target groups
- You work in a structured, analytical, and reliable manner with a high quality standard
- You have pronounced conceptual skills to develop and implement cross-channel strategies
- Experience in analysis- and KPI-based management of social media campaigns is a plus
- You enjoy working in a team, are communicative, and can coordinate various internal and external partners
- Excellent German and English skills; good to very good French skills are a great plus
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as common social media tools and platforms complete your profile
