Responsibilities
Respond to specific client requests to facilitate their stay and build loyalty (organizing excursions, ticketing, restaurant reservations, etc.)
Handle administrative tasks related to the department
Manage keys for rooms, lounges, cars, and passes
Manage expenses and cash handling
Optimize the sale of all hotel services
Develop and maintain external contacts and relationships with other departments
Promote the image of Beau-Rivage Palace
Perform client and hotel billing
Supervise the proper functioning and organization of the parking lot
Train and monitor the training of valets
Supervise the delivery of luggage for groups and individual clients
Profile sought
Good computer skills
Knowledge of Fidelio appreciated
Excellent level of French/English and good knowledge of another language
Excellent tourist and cultural knowledge of Lausanne and its region as well as good general culture
Organized / rigorous
Excellent presentation / Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service oriented and diplomatic
Dynamic, curious, lively, and open-minded
Teamwork / flexible / Good stress and time management
Creative spirit to organize activities for clients
