Operations Manager

About the job

In this responsible and versatile role, you take on the operational, conceptual, and strategic leadership and support of the model teams from several establishments. You actively coach the teams in their development, ensure the implementation of corporate goals, and significantly contribute to the success and further development of operational structures and processes.

As the central interface between the restaurants and the back office, you are responsible for the sustainable implementation of concepts, standards, and projects. The focus is always on service excellence, quality, efficiency, and profitability. 

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for multiple locations and their operational target achievement
• Living the tibits values and implementing them in daily business 
• Analysis, control, and monitoring of relevant key figures as well as deriving and implementing measures
• Conceptualization, planning, and sustainable implementation of projects and process optimizations 
• Ensuring clear communication and information flow across all levels
• Regular presence in the establishments and active participation on site 
• Assuming a neutral, mediating role and maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters 
• Trustworthy support of change processes and constructive moderation in situations with differing interests 

Your profile:

• Several years of leadership experience as an Operations Manager or in a comparable senior position in the gastronomy sector
• Proven experience in managing multiple establishments or complex structures
• Solid gastronomic training as well as relevant further education
• Demonstrated experience in conceptual project work and process implementation
• Good analytical skills and confident handling of MS Office
• Structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial way of working
• High personal responsibility, discretion, and assertiveness 
• Flair for vegetarian and plant-based cuisine
