About the job
- Ensure presence in the shared apartment between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM (alternating for the following nights Tue, Fri, or Sun)
- Be a contact person for adolescents / young adults
- Take on supervisory tasks and support young people in everyday matters
- Perform household tasks and simple administrative work
- Completed vocational training or secondary school diploma with work experience
- Minimum age: 24 years
- Empathy for the special life situations of adolescents / young adults
- Clear communication as well as reliable, independent working style
- Work experience in the medical, educational, or psychiatric field desired
